I have a part time job at Gamestop so I did it there. It's mainly cause i'm in there all the time and the manager was like "Why don't you apply so I can hire you and you can get a discount" Gamestop has stopped taking preorders on the collectors edition, but if you really want it you can wait till release day and get one from like Best Buy or something. Or you can preorder a copy and do a digital upgrade to the CE. You won't get the box and figure, but you'll get the ingame goodies.
